Subject: 2010 BUDGET- UEZ
 A letter from UEZ Authority was received yesterday that provides $76,500
for Administration for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011.
Previous correspondence from the UEZ Authority provided $81,790.49 for
Administration for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010.

The budget as introduced included $30,701 for the City's support of UEZ
salaries. Based on what was spent for the period July 1, 2009 to June
30, 2010, an additional $7,012.77 will have to be added to the City's
budget by amendement to cover the shortfall.

For the period July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011, the $76,500 is enough to
get to the end of the year 2010, with an estimated $9,739.66 remaining
at December 31, 2010.

Of course this kicks to problem to next year.  Howard feels there may be
more to reallocate from projects funds to administration and the
numbers seem to change on a monthly basis.
