Ambulance is Still Going to Cost Residents Plenty

1. Gloucester is paying for the fuel

2. Gloucester is paying to House the ambulance and crews - Gloucester has contract with Pine Grove Fire Asso. I will attach when I recieve it.

3. Gloucester City residents will be billed and might be sued for unpaid bills.
