It seems very interesting the timing of DCA decision to place Lawnside under DCA OVERSIGHT... I mean did the DCA listen to any of the complaints fielded to their offices headed by Susan Jacobucci or Thomas Neff?
Some of the citizens of Lawnside Borough had already requested oversight or for that Receivership! Lawnside has engaged in accounting practices unlike the generally accepted accounting principles accepted in the United States.. Direct from an Auditors report. In anycase, the State should have jumped all over this before Lawnside's supinated hands came asking for money! Some citizens in the Borough are suffering hemorrhagic fever of the bloody wallet! Sure hope the DCA liasion has office hours , some of us want to chat!
