Orens Gloucester LLC has submitted bills in the amount $$$$$1,150,000 to upgrade the Apartments. If you take a drive by The Chatham Square apts you can see how badly your tax dollars are being spent.
The city is paying Kearny & Associates Thousands of dollars for legal cost.
PSE&G and Propane cost are in the $12,000 to $15,000 a month mark.
There are State inspection fees, Monthly Exterminanation Fees, and Trash Collection fees on top of what the City already pays.
"Property Acquisition Cost" These include relocation fees for tenants are in the THOUSANDS$$$.
I am told they plan to sell units from $170,000 to $190,000. What happens if they don't sell???
And the new buyers get big TAX breaks for 5 years
