“More of this will be unfolding at the Lindenwold Council Meeting tomorrow - After I confronted the Code Enforcement Officer today, he alleged that the MUNICIPAL CLERK reported me after I spoke OPENLY at a council meeting regarding my volunteer activities relating to animals. I explained to Mayor and Council during the public session (4/12/12 meeting) that I foster injured and abused animals, all puppies, and that at the time I had 10 which would be adopted over the next 1-2 days. According to STATE LAW, you can't license an animal that doesn't have a rabies vaccination, this happens to be a vaccination that can't be given until the animal is 6 months of age. It's rather DISGUSTING that a Municipal Clerk is going to take the fall for a crooked fire chief, but whatever will be will be. If Lindenwold wants to tango and tread in waters of animal lovers and animal activists, I empower them to do so and wish them the best. As of now, I will be calling for the resignation of the Clerk and the Code Enforcement Officer and if they refuse to resign, I will be calling for their immediate suspension. In my opinion, the CLERK FALSIFIED official meeting minutes (if that's what she wants her story to be, than so be it) and the Code Official FALSIFIED an "INSPECTION REORT", issued an "INSPECTION NUMBER" on an inspection that NEVER OCCURED!” - Heather Grieco

As recently reported by GCNJ the Truth, NBC 10 Investigators uncovered a story that focused on actions taken by officials in Pine HIll. Just reported today by Heather Grieco, she has now been politically victimized for the 2nd time in less than a week. Mrs. Grieco has been a foster home for injured and abused animals since 2006 when she was featured on CBS 3 for her devotion to a dog that was impaled on a fence and left to hang for 10 hours. She has devoted her time, energy, and money to helping those that can't help themselves. She volunteers her time to show her children that giving back to her community is important to her and it is her hope that they will grow up and contribute to others as well. This view extends to her belief in government as well, that government should serve and not be served. After battling the Borough of Pine Hill for almost 3 years in the Grieco vs Pine Hill matter, Mrs. Grieco thought that her long political nightmare was over, little did she know, she was wrong.
As revealed on Monday, May 7, 2012, Mrs. Grieco and Mrs. Martino were forced to sign criminal charges against Fire Chief John Greer for actions he took against them at the Martino residence. As revealed on Monday, May 7, 2012, Mrs. Grieco and Mrs. Martino were forced to sign criminal charges against Fire Chief John Greer for actions he took against them at the Martino residence. Today, Tuesday, May 8, 2012, Mrs. Grieco received Code Enforcement violations for owning more than 3 dogs, which is a violation of Lindenwold Borough Ordinance. The document that Mrs. Grieco received indicates that the code enforcement officer, Roger Fort, conducted an inspection on May 4, 2012 (the day that criminal charges were filed against John Greer) and that it was reported she has more than the 3 allowable dogs.
GCNJ THE TRUTH WOULD LIKE TO ASK LINDENWOLD OFFICIALS HOW AN INSPECTION OF THE GRIECO HOME WAS CONDUCTED ON MAY 4, 2012 GIVEN THE FACT THAT FOR MOST OF THE DAY NO ONE WAS HOME AT THE RESIDENCE?
What could be the connection to Pine Hill you wonder? GCNJ is wondering the same. Is attorney Salvatore Siciliano (Attorney John Kearneys' replacement) setting the Borough of Lindenwold up for a lawsuit? Is Lindenwold playing into the hand that Pine Hill once dealt the Grieco family? Is Attorney Salvatore Siciliano going to take Lindenwold down the same path he took Audubon in the Doman case? Shouldn't Lindenwold be more concerned with the unsecured municipal building that Attorney John Kearney left behind to rot? Where are the priorities of the politicians in Lindenwold? It is clear based on the video below that Mrs. Grieco does not OWN the allowable amount of dogs they are claiming, she is FOSTERING them. She explains that they are too young to be vaccinated in this video, and due to state law, in order for a dog to be licensed, they must be vaccinated with a rabies vaccine. GCNJ the truth will be monitoring this story as it continues to unfold and we will be sure to follow the steps that Solicitor Salvatore Siciliano takes to ensure that he doesn't create a situation that Attorney John Kearney would have allowed.
