I think is great that Mayor James (retired Gloucester Deputy Police Chief) took a stand to protect his brother police officers, but as Mayor of Gloucester City I feel he should of attended the meeting to keep up to date on this on going mess that the county has created.
As an elected official it is his duty to look out for the residents of the city of Gloucester.
