Gloucester City Mayor & Council Waive Fees for a Corporation but Charge Gloucester Towne Senior Building Thousands in Fees

Gloucester City Mayor & Council Waive CO, Rental Registration and UCC  Fees for a Corporation but Charge Gloucester Town Senior Building Thousands in Fees every year.  

The senior building could use that money to provide more services for the seniors that built this city.

Instead the Greedy Mayor and Council take from the old and frail and give to their friends (GCEDC).
